CORPORATE VISION & HISTORY
THE GENESIS OF CASAZUL
Founded in the heart of Brighton, CASAZUL LTD emerged from a critical realization: the digital revolution had transformed how we order food, but the physical logistics remained trapped in the 20th century. Our founders, a collective of software engineers and Michelin-starred restaurateurs, sought to bridge the gap between algorithmic efficiency and gastronomic integrity.
We began as a boutique logistics partner for high-end eateries in the Lanes. However, our rapid success in minimizing delivery "thermal shock" led to the development of our own proprietary delivery stack. Today, CASAZUL is not just a delivery company; we are a Gastronomic Engineering firm. We analyze over 50,000 data points daily to ensure that a steak delivered to a Brighton office tastes exactly as the chef intended.
THE DATA-DRIVEN PROMISE
At the core of CASAZUL lies our "Nexus" platform. Nexus utilizes machine learning to predict kitchen bottlenecks before they happen. By integrating directly with local supplier chains, we ensure that our partner kitchens only use the freshest ingredients, synchronized perfectly with our courier arrival times. This seamless synchronization is what allows us to maintain a 98.4% on-time delivery rate during peak Friday night surges.
GLOBAL SUSTAINABILITY MISSION
As a Brighton-born entity, environmental stewardship is in our DNA. By 2026, CASAZUL LTD aims to be the UK's first carbon-negative food logistics provider. Our transition to a 100% electric delivery fleet was completed in 2023, and we are currently piloting autonomous hydrogen-powered drones for deliveries to the South Downs region.
Beyond our fleet, we have revolutionized packaging. Our partnership with eco-tech startups has enabled us to replace all single-use plastics with compostable polymers derived from seaweed. We believe that convenience should never come at the expense of our planet's future. Our "Closed Loop" initiative allows corporate clients to return reusable containers for credit, fostering a circular economy within the city.
FUTURE HORIZONS
Looking ahead, CASAZUL is expanding its Ghost Kitchen footprint across the UK. These facilities are designed from the ground up to be hyper-efficient, solar-powered culinary hubs that empower independent chefs to scale without the crippling overheads of traditional real estate. We are building the infrastructure for the next generation of food entrepreneurs, ensuring that quality food remains accessible, sustainable, and technologically superior.
